BY USING THE SITE, YOU ARE KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT IN ELECTRONIC FORM. The Site and any other information on the Site are provided solely for your personal, noncommercial use, including the online purchase of the merchandise depicted, and for no other purpose.

4. PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Moreover, the products may be depicted larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor and/or computer settings.
(c) In the event of an error in pricing on the Site, Wheeler Design reserves the right to correct such error, and in Wheeler Design sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product at an incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.
5. PASSWORDS: Upon registration, you will be issued a login and password to use in accessing the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password information. In the event of a breach of security through your account, (i) you will be liable for any damage caused by the unauthorized use until you notify us in writing of the breach of security and we have had a reasonable opportunity to remedy the unauthorized use. You agree to provide Ippolita with all assistance necessary to remedy such unauthorized use of the Site caused by a breach of security through your account.

Wheeler Design makes no representation or warranties concerning such third party web sites or resources and is not responsible for the content or operation of such third party web sites or resources, and shall have no liability in connection with them.

WARNING AGAINST HACKERS: It is possible that other users or unauthorized "hackers" may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials to or from the Site and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such materials. 11. TERMINATION: You agree that Wheeler Design may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your right to use or make purchases through the Site in the event that:

Shipping Confirmation
Confirmation of your order will be sent via email to the address provided.

Delivery & Processing Charges
Delivery & Processing Charges include all charges for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including future delivery dates and customized packaging, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift wrap and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Delivery and Processing Charges are subject to change and will be determined at time of order.

Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order will be shipped with UPS Ground Services, which can take up to 3-5 business days. UPS Ground shipment charges a flat rate of $18.00. Fees are subject to increase for most IPPOLITA Home products dependent on weight.

Overnight Delivery
If requested, a flat rate of $25.00 will be charged to your order for overnight delivery. Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). Please note overnight orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping.  A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

Delivery to post office boxes
